Ingredients

  • Canned chickpeas, drained from the liquid and washed - 1 can
  • Tahini paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 2 small
  • Lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp (or to taste)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Bottled water - 3-5 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor except water.
  2. Grind until smooth.
  3. Add water to taste and beat again.
