Step by Step: How to Make a Delicious Mushroom Ceviche

Considering the current climate crisis that the planet is going through, it is worth questioning the extreme pollution that today lives with the marine flora and fauna. Did you know that every year 640,000 tons of nets, ropes, and cages used to extract marine animals are discarded and thrown into the sea? This weighs the same as 55,000 double-decker buses that affect our oceans each year.

Additionally, the oceans absorb around 30% of the carbon dioxide produced by humans, so it is essential to become aware of the actions that we carry out every day and how they affect our environment.
