“Do the usual bends through the sides and circular movements in front of you. Exercises can be done in the morning in the kitchen or when you brush your teeth,” says fitness trainer Andrei Trigun.

“It is important to move the shoulders back and forth – this exercise shows the condition of the shoulder joint and its mobility,” the expert added.

You can swing your legs in different directions when you stand at the stove. And also – foot massage. To do this, just put a small ball on the floor and roll it with your feet from heel to toe. In five minutes of such a massage after a working day, your legs will stop hurting.

“This exercise will help heal the leg in just five minutes,” the coach says.
