The first thing to do for the chocolate muffins is to put the flour, cocoa, sugar, and yeast in a container or bowl and mix.
Step Two
The next step will be to add the eggs, milk, yogurts, and oil and then beat with a whisk or an electric mixer until the mixture is homogenous.
Step Three
Add the 100 g of chocolate chips and mix well throughout the mixture with a rubber spatula.
Step Four
Fill the molds or muffins with the dough or directly into the paper capsules if they are hard enough. It would be ideal if you did not completely fill them, but rather more than half, it will rise when you bake it.
We add chocolate chips on top - with the other 50 g of chips that we had reserved - as a decoration.

The oven is preheated to 180°C, and after it is hot, we bake the muffins for about 25 minutes.
Step Seven
To check if the muffins are ready, prick them with a knife, and if it comes out clean, they will be already. Otherwise, you will have to leave them for a while longer.
