Ingredients

  • 170g spinach
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • A few slices of white bread
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 250g small tomatoes
  • a few green onion feathers

Cooking

Blend the spinach and add the lemon juice and mayonnaise and stir until smooth. Put in the fridge.

In a frying pan, heat half the oil, cut the bread into large pieces, and fry until browned, turning over periodically. Heat the remaining oil, rub the chicken with seasonings, and put on a frying pan. Fry for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Cool and cut into large cubes.

Fry the bacon and once it is crispy, remove the fat by placing it on a paper towel then chop it finely. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Mix them with chicken, bacon, fried bread, and chopped onions. Pour the salad with a spinach dressing.

  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 100g mozzarella balls
  • 250g canned or boiled corn
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon "Italian herbs" seasoning
  • Salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • 1 clove garlic

Cooking

Slice the mozzarella into quarters and the tomatoes in half. Add the corn and chopped basil. Mix vinegar, oil, seasonings, and crushed garlic. Pour the salad dressing and mix well.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggplant
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt is to taste

Cooking

The aubergines should be cut in half and put on a baking tray covered with parchment. Grease them with 1 spoon of oil and place in a preheated oven to 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Then cool and clean.

Cut the eggplant and tomatoes into the same cubes. Add to them finely chopped onion, juice of a whole lemon, chopped parsley, crushed garlic, salt, and remaining oil and mix.

Cooking

Slice the crab sticks, peppers, and tomatoes into small strips. Add grated cheese and crushed garlic. Add mayonnaise to the salad and stir.

  • 250g feta cheese
  • 200g delicious bread
  • 500 g tomatoes (the dish will look more interesting if you take tomatoes of different colors and sizes)
  • a handful of olives
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • 1/2 bunch of basil

Cooking

Break the feta and bread into large pieces. Slice the tomatoes into large slices. Mix these ingredients with the olives in a deep baking dish. Pour in the oil, season, and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the salad with basil leaves before serving.
