For those who hate to cook or who always have no time, this article is meant for you. There is always no time to cook in the morning, but breakfasts should not be missed. Here are some ideas that you can quickly eat to get energy for the entire first half of the day.
1. Oatmeal with dried fruits
Heat 1/2 liter of milk in a small saucepan. Add 6 tablespoons of oatmeal and cook over medium heat until simmering. Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, reduce the heat and cook for a couple more minutes. 2. Scrambled eggs in the bread
Use a glass or metal molding ring to make a round hole in the crumb of a piece of white bread. Grease the pan with butter and fry the bread (for 30 seconds on each side). Then break the egg into the center of the bread, salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs, and fry until ready. Put on a plate and enjoy.
3. Omelette in tomato
With two large tomatoes, cut off the hats using a teaspoon. Whisk the egg with grated cheese, chopped parsley, and dill. Salt, pepper, and pour over the tomatoes. Cover with the remaining tomato hats and bake in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
4. Omelette in a cup
Grease the mug with olive oil and break two eggs. Salt and whisk with a fork. Cut into cubes a piece of boiled sausage or smoked chicken and also send to a mug and stir. Sprinkle with grated cheese and microwave for one minute. Then remove, stir again and send for another minute in the microwave.
5. Avocado sandwich
Dry the rye bread in a frying pan or a toaster. During this time, mash the tomato and a small avocado. Season the vegetables with two tablespoons of hummus and a pinch of oregano. Put on bread and enjoy.
6. Oat fritters
In a blender bowl, combine 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 150g Greek yogurt, egg, and half-ripe banana. Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and vanilla. Whisk. If it turns out to be a bit liquid, add 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal and stir again.
Bake the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil. Serve ready-made pancakes with fresh or frozen berries.
7. Cheese porridge
Put 300g of oily sour cream in a saucepan with a thick bottom and bring to a boil. While it is heated, 200 grams of fresh Ossetian cheese is smeared with a fork. Add it to the boiling sour cream. Stirring constantly, pour a pinch of salt and a glass of cornflour. Cook, without ceasing to disturb, until creamy. The cheese porridge should be viscous and elastic.
8. French sandwiches “Croc-monsieur.”
Toast bread (plain or whole grain) grease with Dijon mustard or butter, and spread on a baking tray sprinkled with olive oil. Put the cheese (ideally gruyere) and a slice of ham on each piece’s large grater. Sprinkle with cheese again and cover with another piece of bread.
Grease the sandwiches with olive oil on top and place them in a well-heated oven until golden brown. Before serving, you can also pour the bechamel sauce.
