Ingredients.

  • 1 glass of cereal
  • 3 glasses of water

Cooking method.

  1. Sort the groats, wash, and cover with water for several hours.
  2. Drain, rinse, and place in a cooking container.
  3. Add water at the rate – 1 glass of cereal to 3 glasses of water.
  4. Place on medium heat and cook for about 50 minutes.
