How to freeze raspberries in the freezer for the winter

  • First, sort out the berries, discarding all wrinkled, spoiled, and rotten ones. It is believed that you should not wash raspberries before freezing them. But if you do decide to rinse the berries, do it carefully and be sure to dry.
  • Then place the raspberries in one layer on a baking sheet or tray. Put it in the freezer for a few hours.
  • When the berries are frozen, transfer them to a tight ziplock bag or plastic container, sign, and return to the freezer. These raspberries can be stored for 12-18 months.
