The iPad, Apple's tablet, is an efficient device, wherever we look at it. Even so, there are times when a larger screen would be much more comfortable, something that is much more evident if we are at home and have the television in front of us.
Is it possible to watch these YouTube videos on the TV screen? Good news: you can, and it is easy. Here is how to connect the iPad to the TV.
Step One
To connect the iPad to the television in a simple and fast way, valid for any version of iOS, two more components are required: an Apple digital AV adapter and an HDMI cable, since they have their own standard other than HDMI. If you don't have them, you can find the HDMI at any electronics store and the adapter at Apple retailers.

Step Two
With the cables in your possession, you can begin the process of configuring the iPad so that everything goes well when you connect it to the TV. The first step is to navigate to the tablet's video settings menu. Choose " Settings " from all the applications (it has a machinery wheel as an icon) and, once there, go to "Video." There, under "TV-Out," check "Widescreen."
Now it's time to do all the wiring to connect the iPad to the TV and see the tablet's contents on the big screen. First, connect the Apple AV adapter to the 30-pin port on the iPad, located just below the "Home" button. You must connect the other end of the adapter to one end of the HDMI cable.
Step Four
Find the HDMI input port on your TV. It is usually located at the back and is easy to recognize. It is always identified due to its shape (look at the end of the cable), as well as the letters "HDMI" or "HDMI 2" on it. Switch on the TV, then choose "HDMI" or "HDMI 2" as the video input source, whichever corresponds to the port where you have inserted the cable. The iPad screen will appear on your television!
If, in addition to a television, you want to be able to set up the iPad to work with other devices, such as the computer.
