Step One
Do you wonder what the secret of the fried chicken that you eat in restaurants is? The dressing used to cook and marinate it gives it its mouthwatering flavor. The right combination of spices will make this dish incredible and even better than any restaurant.

To start, buy a previously chopped chicken to fry. In this manner, you'll avoid having to cut it yourself.
Step Two
In a shallow plate, mix all the ingredients to marinate your fried chicken: salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, curry, and spices to taste like oregano or thyme. For a slightly spicy flavor, add a teaspoon of hot pepper.
Then pass all the chicken pieces through the dressing, making it cover it completely, place the pieces on a clean plate when they are all seasoned, cover with plastic wrap or transparent paper, and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. The longer the chicken spends with the spices, the better it will taste.
After the marinating time has elapsed, you must beat the egg until it is homogeneous. On a flat plate, put a cup and a half of flour, and on another plate, place the cornflakes cereals previously crushed by hand. Ensure the cereal is NOT completely ground, as slightly larger pieces will make your fried chicken breaded super crunchy.
Step Four
In a preferably deep frying pan, pour oil for frying in a generous quantity and bring to medium heat. Then take each of the chicken pieces, pass them first through the egg, then through the flour, and then through the crushed cereal.
Once the oil is hot, carefully toss the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown, always over medium heat to make sure they are cooked.
Step Five
When it is golden brown, remove from the oil and place on a plate with absorbent paper. This step is crucial because the excess oil must be well absorbed to make your chicken pieces even more crispy.
