The Secret Ingredient To Make Your Brownies Tastier

Every classic brownie recipe, even the most reliable, should be improved a little. All of the methods for making these American chocolate brownies are usually simple and concise. In most recipes, the ingredients are mixed in one bowl. You can make brownies based on chocolate or cocoa powder, as long as the products are of good quality.

But if you prefer pastries with a gooey consistency, then you will have to experiment a little. You can try reducing the amount of flour, adding more oil, or unconventional ingredients like applesauce or avocado puree. But the easiest way to give the brownie the desired consistency is to add sour cream. It will give the cakes a delicate, slightly sour taste that contrasts nicely with chocolate and butter.
