Prache Cream Reviews – 3 Reasons To Avoid

January 21, 2019 by Ned Martin 89 Comments

One of my regular visitors asked me to review a newly launched anti-aging cream known as Prache. Most of the time its just the change of the name by the manufacturers and rest is the same. So why Prache Anti Aging Cream created a lot of fuss? Is it worth to try? What is the price of Prache Serum? Is it clinically or FDA approved? Where to buy Prache? Is it a scam or legit? To answer all your questions I’ve done my part of researching and gathering facts, and here I’m going to reveal everything about this product which I came to know until now. I am sure by the end you’ll be confident enough to make a choice and don’t forget to leave your feedback. If you’re in a hurry, you can jump right onto the reasons to avoid section. So let’s dive right into it.

What Is Prache?

Growing older means saggy skin, wrinkles, dark spots and fine lines which usually nobody likes. So to get rid of it most of the people go for anti-aging or wrinkle creams, which results in more advertisers and manufacturers in the skin market to target the specific audience as its quick money and easy to target with emotional statements. The case with Prache is same as it was with Crepe Erase. Rollon Skincare Ltd launches Prache cream. You might not have heard about this company because they are not accredited with BBB as well as there’s no authentic source to verify their existence. However, according to Prache’s official website the company is based on this address * 2551 East Ave S Suite G100 Palmdale Ca 93550 *. The contact number provided with their Privacy Policy is 1-855-431-8984, but I think you can’t trust their privacy policy as If you check it on their official website it is mentioned at present day that it was updated on April 8, 2009, Woa that seems shady.

How Prache Cream Works?

The Prache cream is claimed to be a skin revolution as it provides instant hydration boost, nourishment, elasticity restoration, firmness, wrinkles elimination, fine lines reduction, and visibly younger skin as well as repairs, restores, revitalizes, rejuvenates your skin btw that seems too good to be true. Its claimed to work at the cellular level in terms of reinforcing the natural structure as well as by de-congesting the dermal matrix. All you’ve to do is wash your face, apply a small amount of the cream on your neck and massage then your skin will absorb it for the miracle. It contains natural ingredients with no fillers or chemicals. The manufacturer made too many claims but didn’t provide any evidence to back them up.

Prache Cream Ingredients

The cream claims to be 100% natural with anti-wrinkle ingredient matrix. According to the official website its composed of just four ingredients but I think they didn’t mention all the ingredients used in the manufacturing process. However, the components include Phytoceramides, Retinol, Acmella Flower Extract, and Black Currant Seed Extract.

  • Phytoceramides: Ceramides are naturally occurring waxy lipid molecules, but with age, skin starts losing them which results in wrinkles, age spots, and uneven skin. Phytoceramides are derived from plant and are used as equivalent to ceramides. Its obtained from wheat, spinach, and brown rice, etc. Its considered to be helpful in increasing collagen and elastin production.
  • Retinol: Its also known as Vitamin A and is widely used in skin creams. As its helpful in reducing aging sings, combating acne and countering sun damage. As well as it improves the texture, tightens pores and stimulates the production of collagen. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should avoid it.
  • Acmella Flower Extract: Its considered to be a natural alternative to Botox and it helps in reducing muscle tension and wrinkles.
  • Currant Seed Extract: Its rich in Gamma-linolenic acid which helps in maintaining the elasticity of skin as well as its a very potent antioxidant. The ingredient is considered helpful for skin conditions such as psoriasis, dandruff, and eczema.

The ingredients mentioned by manufacturers are very beneficial for aging skin but the list is short, and I’m sure that’s not all. However, if you have a specific health condition, going through pregnancy or breastfeeding or have allergies you are advised not to use this product. Otherwise, you can contact your dermatologist for further satisfaction.

Is Prache Cream Clinically Approved?

The manufacturer claims that the anti-aging cream provides proven and instant results as well as was featured on Marie Claire, Vogue & Cosmopolitan. On the official website, there’s nothing mentioned about studies that were conducted to check the results. However it has some reviews and testimonials of users Before, and After pictures, surprisingly all of those reviews are positive with five-star ratings. The product is not evaluated by FDA and indeed is not clinically approved.

Prache Cream Pricing & Refund Policy

The manufacturer offers 14-day trial use of Prache cream for which you will have to pay non-refundable Shipping and Handling fee of $3.95 which will appear as two different charges $2.96 (Shipping) & $0.99 (Handling) on your statement. It will automatically enroll you into an auto-ship program during which you’ll receive Prache cream on your address after regular intervals, and you will be charged accordingly, which will cost you $103.00 for the product and $6.93 for shipping and handling. If you do not find the product useful or satisfactory, you will have to contact customer support and have to cancel the enrollment in writing. If you don’t do this within 14-days of trial, you’ll be charged for 30 days supply. You can call customer service at 1-855-431-8984.

Note: According to a study and experiment conducted by BBB the auto-ship programs are hard to cancel and with these 14-day trial offers you are not likely to get a refund or cancel enrollment easily. So proceed with caution!

3 Reasons To Avoid Prache

By now I’m sure you are done with this cream and know what to do however to recall all the things here are 3 reasons you should consider before buying Prache and surely you’ll avoid it.

  • The company producing the cream is not accredited with BBB as a legal entity, and according to BBB’s research these trial programs end up taking an extra amount from your account without you knowing it.
  • There’s no evidence provided by the manufacturer for the claims and has a negative customer response on forums.
  • The product is very expensive as you can get cheaper products from the market with same ingredients. The auto-ship program is tough to get rid of. Once you’re enrolled its a headache to handle so beware of that and consider twice before going for the program.

It’s just another scam just like other trial creams. I bought these trial twice and they just take away money from your bank. These creams are useless. Thanks for being truthful.

They did not wait q4 days to Bill me. I have been on the phone with the company and my bank this morning. For the second d’s in a row. I was billed the charges for the month the same day I order. I am and will contact everyone I need to in order to get this company to stop trying to go into my account. I have done cancelled my debit card. Next, is a legal team that my bank has guaranteed will resolve the problem. I’m done working my ass off while people set at a desk a.d try to take my bank account. Also so glad I’ve sent a copy via email of this letter showing they had to wait 14 days to Bill me. I called back the day the charges hit my bank.

Agree, they do not wait 14 days. Had allergic reaction to cream since had family emergency, I called company to let them know about refusing product and returning it. Sales reps stated that they could extend try out which I did not ask for. Why would I ask for extended trial when I had allergic reaction. They tell me account has been cancel, however, they insist on getting my money for merchandise I returned. What a nightmare/scam. Needless to say a learned lesson. Samples should be samples, not automatic shipment/bill. I have yet to hear from supervisor which I was told would call over a month ago.

This is correct. They advertise a free trial, but it is not free. You are automatically enrolled in their program for $100.00 plus a month. In order to get out of it, they require you to buy the creams for $19.99 each. I am allergic to the creams and called them (thank you for the number copcart!) within a week. Avoid this company, it is a scam. I actually have had a good experience for many years with an auto ship company and did not see the red flags here. I am a creative buyer, and do not buy into the anti aging marketing. Yet creams we all must have…

I have been fighting with them for over 4 months to get a refund on the product they sent me, “automatically.” I had canceled the auto renewal but they insist that I did not and that I never sent the product back. However, I never even received the product, and they deny that’s true also. After fighting with them for over an hour, even supposedly speaking to a supervisor I finally threatened to contact a lawyer they eventually offered to refund 60% on the 2 items they said they sent. I was exhausted, so agreed to at least that (They had charged me $103 for one of them and $110 for the other). I have been calling them every 2 weeks since June to actually receive the refund. Every single time I am promised again, after some stupid excuse) that I will receive it within 10 days…it never comes. I even have saved a voicemail from them stating that I’ll get it soon. The last time i spoke with them (them obviously being in India, Pakistan etc) I asked where the company was located, they said California, I said I would be contacting the Attorney General there if I didn’t receive it this time…I have not. It’s extremely frustrating not only that they cheat you in the first place, but that Robin McGraw gets all of these wonderful accolades for her product but cannot n=be found if there’s a problem!!! She and Phil’s show have totally lost my respect and as a viewer…they are not as seen on TV!!!

Why do celebrities like Hele n Mirren, whom I respect and Emma Thompson as well as many others endorse fake products with supposed quotes of praise? And the product is produced by Meghan Markle! Prache is her baby! What is going on here? There is no cure in a bottle for aging skin! You can soften it, but you can’t stop it from sagging and wrinkling. If that were possible, we wouldn’t see so much aged skin on very very wealthy women, who have the means and access to anything that actually would work.

This is a common scam. The celebrity endorsements are completely made up. Google the celebrity and the product and you’ll see the only source isthe product’s page. There is zero proof that any of the celebrities even know what the product is, and the before/after photos are all stolen from cosmetic surgery websites.

…also, the Osteens are prosperity gospel preachers and live like lavish celebrities, I absolutely wouldn’t group them in with honest Christians who don’t believe in monetizing Christ’s message.

Wait what? Is made by who?? I just read a huge article how this parche anti age cream was made and distributed start to finish by Dr Phil’s wife. How he got canned by CBS because she was making regular appearances on his show and never disclosed her skin care products…. so was that all a huge lie? I don’t think these celebrities are knowingly or willingly promoting this junk I think it all fraudulent.
It’s for sure not free, No ONE should ever put their card # in to pay the shipping and handling on a free anything this one it says if you don’t call the 1800 number with in 14 days to cancel they enroll you and auto draft $ 103.00 plus shipping then you end up with the junk on a monthly basis. Huge scam same junk different name on the cheap bottle, so Dr Phill wife isn’t the creator of this Parche?

It wasn’t the celebrities. That’s part of the scam. I was informed it was Kelly Ripa’s product. It was an article about her leaving show for it(the one she’s still hosting), because its her dream to have a company for it. All lies. And as a royal/political figure, I’m pretty sure Meghan Markle can not have a company now. Like people buying a product made by a president because of their influence. I never even completed my order due to using a new tab. So my order page closed, BUT THEY STILL took money out that fast, because in less than 5 minutes I had started, the order, realized it’s a scam and called my bank. They had I fact already charged, so I cancelled my card(it was my temporary any way) so some liars wouldn’t have my card info. That was a couple of days ago. I just got an email about my order coming, but I doubt I want Stranger Danger cream on my only face.

These celebraties are not endorsing these products at all. All it is is a picture of them that anyone could get online and they put whatever quote they want below it. This cream has been linked to Robin McGraw and Megan Markle. In reality neither of them have anything to do with the company that produces this product and Robin and Dr. Phil McGraw are actually trying to track down the owners of this company so that they can sue them for slander. As for Meghan Markle being involved with this company is even more absurd. Don’t believe everything you see on the internet. I feel bad for the people who have gotten ripped off by this company but if people would actually do research before they buy something and use their common sense these companies wouldn’t have as many people to scam.

This product does not work. I am a personal trainer. I try to sample products for clients at my own cost.

They say ‘,for free sample’ but go on to try to charge you for 5 other products.
When I went to return product, the tellaworker was rude and downright tried to cram it down my throat
I then asked for a manager, but he said manger was busy. He put me on hold and it turned into a game of outlast. After 3 hold of almost 25 min hoping I would hang up, I got a manager. He just repeated what the worker has said, plus. YOU HAVE TO RETURN BOTH FREE PRODUCT AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU RECEIVED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED 109$ minimum
YOu cannot return by mail. But must send certified mail with numbers they provide. They are not part of BBB and have a horrible online reputation and customer service dept.
This is a major major scam. Buyer beware!!!!!

I just hadcto contact them after being billed over $400. The number works and I got through.

Buyer beware, all the products come delivered in a white box with only a return address, no company name no invoice no inserts in the Box. Make sure you cancel within 14 days or you will be billed for over $400. Best to not order to begin with, if this was a company on the up-and-up they would have their name all over their box on the outside and they would have inserts on the inside. Hiding behind plain white box with no return address and no phone number to call tells you a lot

          Hi Betty,

Same thing happened to me! Ordered free cream on fb pay shipping only. Weeks later, 103.00 taken from my account I reported to bank and she said it said recurring charge. I said NOOOO I don’t want them taking money from me. She filed a claim. She said to call them and cancel subscription I said I don’t have any info on them! She said there is a phone number here it’s a UK number but two digits were missing. She blocked company from my card then this morning another charge for 109.00 taken out of my account with a different company name. This time my bank closed my card and will issue new one. Hopefully bank will give me my money back that was stolen from me. I’m raving mad! I want to report to attorney general but it seems as if these are scam names of companies and not real. These people need to be stopped. Hard lesson learned . Nobody buy any face cream online, go to the store instead. This was for Prache skin cream! It had Meghan Markles picture and the Ad was on Facebook for free cream.

Exact same problem as you, Betty! All info disappeared. Never got any emails that they claimed were sent. Got a box with the “samples” in it. No receipt. No shipping info. Nothing. First charge was $109. When I called my cc, they said that as of today there was ANOTHER charge for $115.!!! The credit card company got me a phone number, so I called and they claim I authorized it! NO I did NOT! Apparently there was also a $400 charge that my credit card denied. Thank God! Buyer beware! They will charge you and your cc can’t cancel it because it’s been authorized as a recurring subscription. DONT DO IT!!!

Got me to saying it was Meghan’s. I put in my info, clicked confirm and everything disappeared! My bank flagged my account for possible fraud which in turn denied my card twice. Went to bank she said $103 beauty? I said hell no ! She refused that transaction and gave me a new card ! Scam !

Happened to me too. I consider this kind of business as Ripoff, stealing your money, there isn’t serious matter neither products or business. This is scam, as soon as they get your credit card you are done, no matter of what you say or do you they will not give you the refund. They told me they will refund me 60% let’s see if they honor their word. I was charged twice, my bank sent me an alert email of fraud. Please don’t try anything that they says only shipping, and Syd Carpenter you are right, I don’t understand why the celebrities have to go into this kind of scam and illegal and fraud business? Just you can’t not trust in anyone now and on, this world getting so greedy and principals and values don’t exist anymore.

I wish I would’ve known all this info. Seems I’m another who has been duped. I have searched everywhere for a website or contact info for cancellation and have found none. That is how I stumbled upon this site. Thank you so much for the answers I was looking for. Now I just have to battle it out with Prache or whoever the hell they are to make it stop. I personally think we should all get together and bring a lawsuit. This is obviously criminal. I’m going to take the loss of $109 as long as they immediately cancel me and do not deduct anymore charges. Another charge I had was for Fresh Look. I don’t even know what that is. I never ordered it and the charge for it was $103. How do I contact anyone to cancel that!??? A lawsuit is definitely in order, this isn’t right.

I ended up with the same charges after ordering Prache cream . Someone call Cream Sunshine charged $103 to my acct & the day before Look Fresh (888 296 8718) charged $109 to my account. There was nothing that said recurring orders or charges but I also never recieved a receipt via email or any paperwork at all when the cream arrived. My bank launched an investigation & replaced my bank card but today they took the $212 back out of my acct. I am furious. I stumbled on this page when I started researching on my own the names that charged my acct. Totally bogus company that needs to be shut down.

The same happened to me. I saw the add on FB. I just ordered the cream and I have received the Prache Cream and serum. I called the company, to report the they send me a serum that I didn’t order. A costumer service told me that I could use both product together that work excellent she said ā€œIf they don’t work in one week, you can return them… no problem ā€œ One week later I called to cancell the products and returned them; and they didn’t want. As everybody says, my account was charged for $103 plus $109. I am disputing those charges now through my credit card company. What a headache!! They are cheating people….. they are stealing!!

My credit card company just locked my account so no further charges. All 3 charges came up as different names on my statement so beware. Definitely is not fair and that they get away with this.

Living off of social security , this has been making a big dent. What angers me most is that I never signed or in ant way authorized this. I have called them 4 times with no results. They tried to scam me. I had to call them 4x in a row. Was credited 75% of my money back and refused to hang up until I received confirmation via email that everything was cancelled and no more charges would be charged. Fortunately, I used a prepaid card as I always do for online shopping. I told them I was going to start the process of a class action lawsuit and have a news crew show up at the supposed address for corporate. The product is terrible and burned my skin. Don’t use it.

I agree we should get together and file a class action that includes compensation for time spent trying to cancel. Anyone in? Email me [email protected]

I’m in Stacy! I contacted my bank and Prache shows up to them as an “escort service”. I believed I was signing up for a $10 sample and ended up paying $109 for a trial. I have not received any money back. They refused to guarantee there wouldn’t be any further charges to my card and refused to provide me with any company information other than their name for reporting. They disconnected the call with me. When my bank attempted to call them, they told my representative that they block banks from cancelling transactions. Mysteriously, I received emails telling me my accounts had been cancelled with Rollon after my 45 minute call with their customer service. Now I can’t be refunded because the accounts are closed. So I have to file a bank dispute instead. They took money from me that I needed for bills. I would never have signed up for this if I had known the actual cost. I can’t afford $109 for skin cream, that’s why I ordered the sample.

These people are a scam. I saw an ad for free Prache cream pay shipping only. The shipping came out then I noticed another little charge from a different company name. Then two weeks later 103.00 was taken from me then 2 days later 109.00 was taken from me. I was supposed to be shipping only. When you filled out the form on facebook it disappeared after putting in debit card info. Then you never got a receipt for the 3.95 and have no idea where it was coming from. I called my bank they gave me a new card and now the second company name is under investigation and the bank gave me the 109.00 back I’m still out the 103.00 they said I needed to call the company as they said it was a recurring charge. I said NOOOOOO I never authorized that so she was going to give me the phone number to call them and she said it was a UK number and missing 2 digits. They take money from me again some heads are going to spin.

Nothing is free. And the cream is run of the mill. Ponds cold cream is better. They are a rip off company do not buy or get a supposed free cream. It’s not free they take money from you.

I was scammed. I signed up for a free trial offer and immediately received instructions in another language that I could not read. 30 min after I hit send for a free trial offer I was charged $103 and $109!!! Ad said it was created by a well known preacher’s wife and it had all natural products. There were no instructions with the product and no contact information. No phone number…plus they sent a third cream I didn’t know what to do with. I used the product 4 days ago and my face is breaking out and I can’t use it. I have chemical sensitivity. Normally natural ingredients don’t bother me and it was supposed to be all natural. I don’t know where to send xlation notice or to return the products. Thank you so much for this web site. I wondered what I got myself into. I’m contacting my Attorney General about the company. I hope everyone does.

I am not affiliated with Prache or any company. I just stumbled across an ad for it, probably on Facebook. Having made a line of skincare products for years and being quite familiar with the ingredients that go into these products, both high and low end, which surprisingly use the same ingredients for the most part, I am extremely distrustful and suspicious of any and every claim all these creams and potions make. I know for a FACT they are all full of it, and that they’re all using the same low grade ingredients like dimethicone and mineral oil with cheap carrier oils like sunflower and sweet almond. It’s all basically the same junk. Even the highly revered, highly sought-after, celebrity endorsed, insanely overpriced La Mer, a little jar of face cream that most of us will never be able to alread to try, and we are all DYING TO because it’s truly a miracle in a jar, made only during the rarest of total lunar eclipses, packaged when the Blood moon is in the 7th house and Jupiter aligns with Mars, when peace will guide the planets and love will steer the stars. Right? Wrong! Like I said, most of these creams are nearly the same, if not in ingredients, then in quality.

Allow me to introduce you to my middle aged skin. It dried up in my 30s when I also experienced a savage return of full body keratosis pilaris. I mean, this sh*t has me speckled and scarred from my shoulders to my ankles. Fifteen plus years of trying every damn lotion on the planet, from stinky acid-based lotions to heavy, greasy, sticky creams that promise 80% less bumps to dangerous lotions for dark spot removal which contain a carcinogenic ingredient that’s illegal in all other Western countries (I’m looking at your cancer-causing ass, hydroquinone). Thanks to menopause and KP, my face is dry, dry, dry. Like, Sahara Desert dry. I quit using soaps or cleansers of any kind on my face over 15 years ago. Unless I have to wash off makeup, which is rare, and which I use cheap, old fashioned cold cream to do, it’s just warm water and exfoliation for my face. Except that I don’t do it much. I’m lazy. I never go anywhere and my pets don’t care, so I didn’t care. So the keratin piles up on my face, it looks dull and lifeless and aged.

Enter Prache. A happy accident, as it turns out. First, I have to admit, I was buzzed out of my gord when I ordered it the first – and only, so far – time, or I would’ve noticed the autoship deal and not only NOT ordered but probably would’ve sent them a strongly-worded tweet about how NO ONE likes that effin autoship SCAM b.s.

Anyway, so I ordered not one but TWO 2-piece sets, justifying it to my husband by telling him one set was for him because boys need skincare, too. He begrudgingly tried it. But after I tried my set, I promptly stole his back from him. Here’s why (finally):

This stuff actually rocks. Not only did the serum and cream combo moisturize but skin perfectly, but it did so without greasy, skin-smothering oils that make your face FEEL moisturized while it really isn’t, it’s just been slathered with grease that’ll come off on your pillow and do nothing for your skin because the molecules are larger than your pores and can’t absorb.

A few seconds after finishing the application of both Prache products, they’ve sunken in and my face looks and feels….like plain skin. Healthy skin, though, not dry skin. When my husband used it, I couldn’t tell he’d just put on a cream either. He wasn’t shiny or wet looking.

Now comes the wild part. A couple weeks into this regimen, I turned on the light over my bathroom sink as I stood in front of the mirror and had to do a doubletake. Was that my face?! The darker, tan spots, which consist of tanned acne scars and sun damage, appear to have lessened somehow. Not gone by any stretch because that isn’t possible with deep damage. But somehow they just looked better. And although – sorry, ladies, but your mothers and grandmothers lied; pores do not enlarge or shrink with hot water, cold water, ice, lotions, potions, or anything else, except giant blackheads which CAN enlarge pores – you can’t do anything to normal, healthy skin to ‘shrink pores’, my pores were less noticeable somehow, too. Hard to explain since none of this is physiologically possible. My face just looked BETTER.

And the hits keep coming, because guess what the best part – and craziest part – has been? My face has inexplicably begun producing its own natural oil again! Let me tell you, I have ENVIED the younger set for years now because they have that dewy skin that signifies youth and vibrance. I couldn’t even fake it with facial sprays or makeup because all that dewy crap just highlights fine lines. But since I’m now having to lift my glasses from my nose to wipe the bridge, and since my facial skin appearance has somehow improved on this Prache stuff, I have a little of my own dewiness back and, fine lines be damned, I’m keeping it! No blotter papers in my bag! Ladies, keep your natural oil as long as you can! It’s THE best anti-aging substance in the universe! (And when you do lose it for good, use jojoba oil; it’s a wax ester, not a true oil, and it’s most like natural human sebum in composition.)

Anyhoo, so, yeah, these are the results I’ve gotten. My natural skin is so nice now, so baby butt soft and clearer, now that I’m taking better care of it with my Peter Thomas Roth FirmX Peeling Gel Exfoliant twice a week and my nightly Prache application (which I’ve also been using on my hands and wrists where I have red bumps and KP scars, and it’s minimized both!). Before you assume, the PTR gel didn’t have these effects by itself before I began the Prache.

When hubby discovered the autoship charge on our credit card, I got angry and immediately emailed them and requested to cancel. They replied promptly with confirmation and I’ve not been charged since. It was easy peasy. No problems. Still, I am loathe to sign back up because of the insane price. Yes, the results I’ve gotten make it tempting, but I plan to look around, maybe on ebay, for cheaper Prache. If I don’t find it, I guess I’ll sadly bid it farewell. It’s just dumb to pay that much for tiny containers of face cream. The cream I get on Amazon isn’t nearly as good because it’s a little oilier, but I’ve enjoyed it around my eyes and it hasn’t caused any redness or irritation like threw Godforsaken Olay Regenerist did. I will prob turn to that after my Prache is gone. It’s 20ish bucks. It’s called Rejuvenating Anti-Wrinkle Vit C Cream. Smells like cocoa butter. It’s nice enough.

So that’s my War And Peace Prache review. LOL
YMMV. I just wanted it known that not everyone has had a bad experience with this line, even though I would’ve fully expected to. I am not easy to impress.

Excuse typos. It’s 2 a.m. and I’m not feeling well, laid up with broken ribs. Not up to proofing and I know my ‘smartphone’ is spelling-challenged, even though I’m not. Haha. So there’s that. Have a good one, all~~~

I fell for the Facebook add to seemed good and I was looking for a cream. Since I am laid up getting around to shop is really hard so it said just pay shipping and handling. I never saw the you will be signed up on a member ship or I never would have gotten it. Plus as I was filling the info and card in the window for the site flicked then closed with no conformation that it went through or anything and no way to really get back. Thank God I didn’t try to do it again to make sure it went through. I thought if it made great if not ok too.
Package came product is ok. It smells off and doesn’t work as will as Olay did.
My health is so bad I never even saw the added $103 dollars taken out of my bank. 15 days later a package was at my door. It was another package. This time I did check my bank because I didn’t order it. I was charged $109 so I when down to my bank. We had a 3 way call with the company. Truly I think my bank lady would have been happy to have punch him. The man had a very thick Indian accent and talked super fast. He kept talking over us and was rude. My bank was able to get $97. Of the 2nd charge back if sent the cream back. But at my expense with a tracking number and they were charging me $10 for a restocking fee. Cream is in the mail yesterday so they better horor the deal my bank has the whole call recorded. They said they would call me back on the first change of $103 . They now said it’s been over 30 days and they weren’t going to help me on that at all. I really feel we need to get this scam out there. To the news people or something. The cream didn’t hurt my skin it just did nothing it’s the company and thier fault advertising. I am not the first person to have the screen turn off on them it must be some kind of websites thing they have going on. Plus another women I talked to then dealing with this company. Called up cancel her recurring charge from the company . They said they canceled everything and would not be charged right after the call they charged her $75. For nothing

I received a full refund only after arguing with their awful customer service for 45 minutes, a BBB comment submission, a BBB complaint, a Facebook complaint, complaint comment on this site, and 3 phone calls with my bank. Definitely cancel your card. They refused to guarantee me that they wouldn’t charge me again. My bank rep told me they show up as an “escorting and dating service”. If the company won’t give your money back, file a dispute with your bank. They sent me an email 4 days after the call saying they were refunding me and the money was in my account the next day. Good luck!

I read the fine print before I ordered the product. When it arrived I called customer no service and he said I would have to return the free trial product before they would cancel the membership at my expense. They billed my account anyway. My Bank would not reverse the charges ( SunTrust shame on them ) Had to change card number . Sent the company and email to cancel or I would take legal action and copied BBB.

As said above the company uses a free product trial tactic to get your credit card information and then charges an exorbitant amount of money for an eye serum and anti-aging cream, and then enrolls you in a monthly plan. The only way to stop it is to close credit card. They are not an honest business. I returned shipment as soon as I realized it was a scam and they still charged for the product that was returned with no option for a refund. Please report this company to the BBB is you have had a similar experience.

DO NOT pay anything if you haven’t yet. And, do NOT engage with any so-called ‘collection agency’ or ‘lawyer’; they are part of the scheme/scam. According to their ‘legalese’, if you open their mail, reply an email, or engage in phone conversation with these bandits, ‘by law’ (theirs) you have entered into an unlawful, unconstitutional ‘binding contract’ with them.

Even the corrupt ‘judges’ (‘administrators of the CORPORATE court system’) will join in to reap the ‘benefits’ of ‘collection procedures’. You have two available middle fingers; use them on these crooks.

    Hello Everyone; WARNING SCAM

just want to warn you about this company.
this is a scam. they offer a free trail for this skin care product, for only shipping fees. then you don’t actually receive the product until 14 days after the order in which they take your payment method and start charging your card a subscription fee of over 100.00 per product before you don’t even got a chance to try the product to say whether you want the subscription. Then, after they had already over drawn my account and basically stole my money. They actually decided to compensate me by giving me only 60% of the money they stole. I had to close my card, which will take 14 days to replace and i endured fees from my Financial institution. which wasn’t even in the operators illusioned rehearsed offer of the i am authorized to give you back 40% no 50% if you are not satisfied. And at the end – it was corporate said i can refund you right now 60% of the money I stole from you – or if you want to wait to see if corporate can give you a full refund. – You just have to wait for a phone call from them within 24-48 hours of you calling them and telling them they are theives.

WARNING – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY – ROLL ON SKIN CARE LTD

Diane McManus I’m so there with you. I mirrored your angry words and attitude thru the call. Coming from a long & difficult day at the office this was just what I needed to vent at someone.

I only found out about the charges when my bank placed a fraud alert on this $103 unauthorized charge to my cc. And I’ll be following up to make sure any charges from the various company names are blocked in the future. I never received any email conf of an order, had no idea if any thing even went thru until this month when the bank caught the card not present purchase.

I called the 844# listed here and after forcing the cust serv guy, Leon Joseph at ext 58086 to go over the “customer real time senario” he kept going on about, wanting me to keep & try product for 5 days, then 60 days, then 30 days, ( $103, $110, $59.00 for both but return, $19.99ea, 50% of ea) then saying I would need to call back to go over the various scenarios of cancellation. all costing me some amount, before he would detail what a Dicount Promo Cancellation entailed ha!

Nice try, no chance. I refused him to get me to keep and try the product. no way am I gonna pay anything for this auto ship scam, except the minimum return postage. Especially when it took about 5+ times repeating- I’m ready now to return product untried at no cost. Just give me a return address and RMA# or some kind of communication from the company – im sure none of you received any email confirmation or paper work in the box with any small print stating autoship provided originally.

At this moment having not yet shipped I can say, gladly, I kept after him (no not gonna use, return unused, not willing to pay anything more than I already have (excluding fraud charges the bank cancelled for me) did he finally gave me the return address & he finally conceded a full return & no other autocharges, once I call back & give them a tracking # – asap! W/in 30 days.

Do not concede to pay anymore than return shipping by usps w/in 30 days.
      The return mailing address given:
      2551 e ave south, suite g, Palmdale, ca, 93550. You’ve all got the “800”#
      Good luck!
I’m ready for a V8 (hit me) nightcap!!
Thank you for this forum to remind us to not fall for these scams.

I should have read these complaints before purchasing. Everyone is correct. I should have known something was up when the two products, packaged in the same box, and I was charged 2 fees as if they were shipped as two different shipments. Canceling the product a whole different set of woes. I with you on how many famous people like C. Brinkley could be associated with this Scam. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

They are thieving scammers. $3.95 shipping for ‘free sample’; then another unsolicited product in “order receipt”; and a barely visible information tag at the bottom of page, describing a $109/month rip-off procedure. At this point, I immediately engaged with the bandits on their listed phone number for some 30 frustrating minutes, to cancel the “sample(s)”, finally forcing them to do it. They sent me two email cancellations afterwards, but this morning my card account already had both charges… AND, my card rep told me ‘someone’ tried to add still another charge, which they blocked. Card company will challenge the two pending charges and will replace my card with new number… (Please, FBI, arrest them all and send them to Gitmo, OK?)

I literally got off the phone with whatever this company calls itself and after a LOT of yelling and arguing I got them to refund 75% of my charged $109 for the eye cream, which was on my bank account as Eye Magic, and $103 for a cream that was on my bank account as MyFit-Health.com. So I was told if I sent it back, which would be very costly (what the rep told me, so it must come from overseas, I am assuming China, both guys had the asian accent), there would be a $20 restocking fee. So when I figure out what my refund, if I get it, is and what I paid, I am not losing a whole lot. I demanded the whole amount with both reps, and they said they could not do it. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and of course they were busy on the line with someone else. The one guy said they had a 98% satisfaction rate, I almost died from laughter when I heard that. I have not even tried the creams/serums yet. Reading what I have, I may not. I have a regular skin care line I use, I do not know what I was thinking when I did this.
As for where it comes from or the company name, I looked on the bottles, I see the company name is Rollon Skin Care, Ltd.And the ingredient list, it is so long, 36 ingredients in the anti-aging serum, with the first being water, and 45 ingredients in the anti-aging creme, and again, the first ingredient is water. Some of the ingredients have 4-6 words to them.
Thank you for giving me a forum to release my anger at this company and it’s products, that I never tried, and now probably never will! I now have a need to go wash and take care of my skin with good products, off to pamper!!

I didn’t even order this cream ! I had hit the CANCEL button.
Just got off the phone with these morons to tell them I did not order this.
Notified my bank and disputing order and canceled my debit card. They will no longer
be able to take money from my account.
Talking to these morons and telling them that you can buy this same cream on E-Bay for 39.99.
I also told them on their return call that this was nothing but a SCAM and they were not allowed to charge my card again because it has been canceled. Told them that they may have thought that I was stupid but they
were the stupid ones for stealing hard working peoples money…..
If you liked this cream, buy it from E-Bay !!

Grrrrrr… Like others, I didn’t order cream. In fact, this month I had 4 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account and had received cancellation emails from AARP & Consumer Reports.
As for Prache, they gave me incorrect tracking # and blantantly lied twice.
I personally think cancelling our cards is the safest route to go. Calling these scammers has definitely raised my BP..
    GOOD luck to ALL šŸ’œ
